We are accountable for the stewardship of donated community resources.  We strive to be transparent in everything we do to allow for positive impact in the use of these resources for the betterment of the community.
  • Relationships
We develop valuable partnerships, ensuring the effective match of resources with community needs.  Good relationships are necessary to continue positive impacts.
  • Integrity
Our steadfast belief in personal accountability cultivates an environment of consistent and reliable decision making for the benefit of our community.  Honesty, respect, and fairness guide our decision making process at all levels of the organization.
  • Nurturing
We support an environment that promotes caring behavior, builds self esteem, creates productive citizens, improves health and provides expectations and boundaries.  Through the nurturing of people, programs, and opportunities that support innovative positive change, we create long lasting results.
  • Goal Oriented
We involve ourselves in purposeful activity that results in a meaningful, specific, and predetermined end.  We establish goals that are based on community needs, goals that people can believe in, and goals that people can commit to.  Our goals are attained through leadership, focus, drive, and community caring.
