United Way's annual Day of Action is a global day of service - which takes place on or around June 21 - where people

from all across the world volunteer their time to create positive change.

Locally, United Way Manitowoc County is once again mobilizing volunteers - individuals, company teams

and community groups - to give back and invest their time in Manitowoc County.

Day of Action 2022 Projects

Door Hanger Distribution

Distribute neighborhood door hangers highlighting our free 211 Helpline and SingleCare Prescription Discount resources.

Install a Gravel Trail

Lay a short path of gravel in preparation for a refresh of United Way's Born Learning Trail at Lincoln Park Zoo.

Park Cleanup

Perform litter cleanup at a local park.

Assemble 400 Literacy Kits

**Reserved for Meijer Employees**

All volunteers will meet at United Way Manitowoc County's office for a welcome and light breakfast,

and then depart at 9:00am for their projects.
