WHY IT MATTERS

Poor health can be both a consequence and a cause of financial instability. Manitowoc County families, particularly ALICE and poverty-level households, struggle to afford food, healthcare, and transportation. By connecting families to nutritious food, reliable rides, and supportive services, we ensure everyone has a chance to thrive.
