NEW COMMITTEES
United Way Manitowoc County is currently recruiting members to serve on four brand new committees: Marketing Advisory Committee, Volunteer Center Advisory Committee, Kit Committee, and Emerging Leaders. Please read the descriptions below and send an email to info@unitedwaymanitowoccounty.org to let us know which committee your're interested in. We'd love to have you on board!
Marketing Advisory Committee
The purpose of the Marketing Advisory Committee is to provide United Way staff with guidance and support, ensuring marketing strategies meet the United Way Network's branding requirements and local efforts provide a welcoming digital experience for all.
Volunteer Center Advisory Committee
The purpose of the Volunteer Center Advisory Committee is to provide United Way staff with guidance and support, ensuring the Volunteer Center's strategies respond to county-wide volunteerism needs, mobilizing volunteers effectively and efficiently. Additionally, United Way's volunteer efforts will provide a welcoming digital and in-person experience for all.
Kit Committee
The purpose of the Kit Committee is to provide United Way staff with guidance and support with development of community kit packing projects. United Way's kit packing projects are made available to groups and companies for team building opportunities. All kit packing projects support Manitowoc County residents.
Emerging Leaders
The purpose of the Emerging Leaders is to provide United Way staff with guidance and support to ensure funds are distributed in alignment with United Way's impact agendas on an annual basis. United Way's Emerging Leaders program is open to all and is meant for anyone interested in joining a United Way board-level committee and/or the Board of Directors in the future.
